Really need to get started in therapy for many reasons . Main concern is I’m pretty sure I have PTSD from many traumatic experiences, mainly deaths that were not “normal deaths” . Main one being my father committing suicide in march 2023. So grief counseling and also for my addiction . I’m 24 weeks pregnant also. And also have concerns of possible depression and PTSD and anxiety. Would like to start asap. Thank you!!
